Documentary about the history of the punk movement in Munich from 1977 to the present: The film places its subject in the context of a long tradition of civil disobedience in Bavaria, ranging from the Munich Soviet Republic (1918/19) through the resistance of the "White Rose" (1942/43) to the Schwabing riots (1962). In interviews and with old Super-8 footage, it tells of political and musical turning points, with old and new images accompanied by a lot of authentic music.
