RamTatTa - Between The Buried And Me – The Atanomy Of

Since autumn 2000, this band has been making its rounds in North Carolina, trying to bring their own style of music to the masses with the help of Victory Records. Strong metal fiddling and hammer-hard riffs that can throw you against any wall and sometimes even require you to listen intently before you start headbanging. In 2002, their first self-titled long player was released, and with the two subsequent releases (2003 The Silent Circus, 2005 Alaska), they came on tour to visit. Unfortunately, I have missed all their performances time and again. With ANATOMY OF, they set signs that no other band has or even dares to take the path that BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME has taken. Here are 13 covers of their favorite bands represented. Yes, the whole CD is filled with the thoughts of others. Well, there are people who don’t like covers, and I am quite skeptical about that too. But the groups they honor here have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. The following bands were included:

I particularly like Bicycle Race by Queen and Little 15 by Depeche Mode. Uncle Sam has had the record since January 2006, but it will only be available here on June 30, 2006. Buy it, spread the word, and have fun at their concerts!!! Top-notch album!!!
