So then, the second strike of the sympathetic Californian up-and-coming combo. If they keep this up, they will one day be internationally successful. You'll see. Keep it up, guys. Now let's put the fun aside and bring the necessary seriousness that this assessment requires. NOFX with their second LIVE album. Boooh live, and didn't they already make a LIVE record? Yeap. Yeap. After I HEARD THEY SUCK, LIVE... well... THEY'VE ACTUALLY GOTTEN WORSE LIVE. Personally, I've known NOFX for a few days, and this record offers no surprises. Recorded on the third night of three in San Francisco. Each night playing a different set, and there is actually no song from the first live album on it. So this can only serve as a well-intentioned retrospective for nostalgia fans and/or for newcomers. In fact, best-of albums (as we know) are crap, except for people who don't know the bands from their time, and this record seems to be made for them. Oh, he said... now the guy is also rambling on about records, we're in the multimedia age, where you play CDs, if at all. So now I'm slowly getting the hang of the nostalgia fans, because... the whole thing is available in CD & Do-LP formats for purchase. Probably even for 5.99 somewhere to download (just a guess)......................................................................Conclusion: interesting for NOFX crackheads like me, because my whole NOFX collection is on vinyl (or else it's incomplete), for the NOFX penny-pincher, of course irrelevant, because you already have the songs on the other media (especially the magnificent FUCK THE KIDS - EP should be mentioned)
