Yes, this is an album to my taste. 18 songs crammed into 32 minutes. Beautiful, fast hardcore that takes you straight back to the 80s. Comparisons with the usual big names of that time are inevitable and just as justified as they are unnecessary. Because the guys don’t need to measure themselves against anyone; they just push forward brilliantly. Here, things are quickly and straightforwardly expressed, the lyrics are just as strong as the music, making it a well-rounded affair. The lyrics can also be found in the accompanying booklet. A really great record that will be played often at my place. I particularly enjoy songs like "The test," "Why must I," or "Ozo was a dickhead," but honestly, I can hardly choose any song to highlight; I like them all. So I would buy this record. You can listen to it on the MySpace page of Sniffing Glue or check out the Rising Riot Records page. The album was released by the aforementioned label on 09.02.2008.
