"Cool rock ranging from radio-friendly pop songs to heart-wrenching ballads" is noted in the info about "It`s me" by JERZEE & BAND. I am definitely open to something like this. I also really enjoy singer-songwriter stories. However, nothing about JERZEE truly excites me. She has great talent. The songs are written by the Hamburg native herself. The song structures are well thought out. Calm tones, a very pleasant voice, and support from a band that truly knows their craft. However, I clearly miss the hit factor here. Unfortunately, nothing sticks. That’s a real shame because "It`s me" certainly contains a lot of effort, emotion, and skill. Nevertheless, I don’t have the feeling of waiting for something with another album from JERZEE & BAND...
