PETER PAN SPEEDROCK are getting older, like each of us, day by day and year by year, but they are not getting softer. On the contrary!! “We want Blood” even comes across harder than the last albums, at least that's how I feel. Maybe it's just the guitar that has come forward massively, showing that rock 'n' roll damn well has a lot to do with guitar.
PETER PAN SPEEDROCK have become a kind of “young” Motörhead. That's just how it is. Their sound, which has rock 'n' roll in its blood and breathes motor rock, is simply the sound that Lemmy from Motörhead would make if he were young again.
On “We want Blood,” there are thirteen times sweat- and beer-soaked rock 'n' roll with gasoline in the blood. Thirteen times old dirty shit.
