When you listen to this CD, you might think it’s an African band - WHAT, they come from AUSTRIA?! - Yes indeed - and the guys and girls really know what they’re doing! A total of 10 musicians play 20 instruments here, and the result is a very pleasant acoustic sound with multicultural influences. Vocally, we stay in Africa, rhythmically as well, but violins, guitars, piano, steel drum, ukulele, accordion (just to name a few instruments) blend styles like reggae, rock, and pop in a way that you can’t help but listen. The music is so well crafted that none of the 12 songs sound boring and stand out from somewhat monotonous reggae. I can simply recommend this album to everyone!
