It has been a while since guitarist Robo handed me the CD for a review at one of their concerts, especially since the release tour was in April (ahem), but I think this is one of those cases: better late than never... I promised Robo I would attend their concert, and what I heard made me really excited for the CD. The guys really know what they're doing; the songs drive forward and incorporate genres like rock, punk rock, pop, hardcore, and metalcore without losing their identity. The vocals remain audible despite the pressure. The guitar parts are very varied, without giving the impression that "someone is trying to show off their skills." Given the intensity they deliver through the PA, I found it a bit disappointing that the three held back on stage acrobatics.
But we are in the "CD" section, and here the band delivers what they promise: what you get live is what you take home on a silver disc!
